Item Description
Size 18, 2-1/8" dia. United State Watch Co. Coin Silver Hunter Case pocket watch. Back of original Coin Silver case has intricate design, complimented by intricate floral design on case front. Swing-Out case back opens to reveal engraved "C. Brewer - 1872" name/date. Inner case opens to reveal gilt finish Hunter movement, full plate w/butterfly cut out and 122141 serial number. White porcelain dial marked w/bold black Roman numerals w/sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock position. Dial has small "United States Watch Co." name at top center. Extreme edge of dial has a few tiny surface bubbles; by 5 o'clock and between 7 and 8 o'clock. Dial is o/w VF/Exc. G.A. Read grade, produced 1872. Scattered lt. case wear w/some tarnishing to inner rims. Comes w/original key wind/key set. Running and Fine overall.
