Item Description
2.25" dia. David Taylor Yellow Gold Hunter Case pocket watch. Case front shows engraved image of dog saving girl from drowning as mother laments in bkg. Back of original case has intricate border design w/nice engraved image of lakeside town. Swing-Out case back opens to reveal stamped matching serial number and company marks (as also seen inside case front). Dust cover opens to reveal jeweled chain driven fusee movement w/matching 63940 serial number. White porcelain dial marked w/bold black Roman numerals w/sub seconds dial at 6 o'clock position. Dial has small "David Taylor - London" name/text at top center. Dial is Exc. Scattered lt. case wear w/tiny shallow indent to back bottom edge. Comes w/original key marked "1874." Running and VF overall.
