Item Description
Five 11x14" paper sheets with concept original art in marker are the standouts in lot. Extensive lot also includes all materials used to design toy in 1966 including vacuform mold and cast pieces, several original sketches and mockups, numerous stats and negatives, materials of all kinds used in concept creation. A complete package of materials. Moderate aging/wear to pieces but overall most will display VF. One of kind production materials for this unknown and unproduced toy concept. Toy design appears to have been for a novelty hornet item that would buzz when whipped overhead with a streamer tail. From the archives of toy designer Mel Birnkrant.
