Item Description
8.5x11” letter congratulating member for ascension to 3rd Lieutenant level. Has steamship and Red Rover illustration at top. Letter also listed how to get premium mask. Bottom of letter reads, "After Reading This Letter, Burn It!," possibily accounting for rarity. “The Red Rover” show ran on Pittsburgh station WJAS c. 1930s. Aged as folded with .25” tear at fold crease and several pin holes from button. Good/VG. 1-5/8” dia. tin litho button has scratches and some wear. VG/Fine. Rare. First we've seen.
