Item Description
Lot of three 10x12" sheets of animation paper w/lead/colored pencil image areas measuring between 2.75x3" and 3.5x3.75". From the 1938 animated short starring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, who try to build a boat. Two sheets feature near full body image of Mickey, who wears captain's uniform and sits in ship's funnel as it sinks. Sheets are numbered "132" and "176" at lower right. Third sheet features image of Goofy in sailor outfit and is from deleted sequence. "106" number at lower right. Sheets have lt. scattered handling wear and even aging, but art remains Exc.
