Base of toy has highly detailed circus theme motif with a bareback rider, hippo-drawn animal cage, children marching, clown riding a pig, performing bears, elephants and clowns with banner "Ring-A-Ling Circus." Great action and works. Ring Master raising his arm to make 4 attachments on base move as he revolves. Lion with ring rears up, clown does somersaults, mahout on elephant raises up and monkey moves on pole. Minimal wear to base. Rest of toy has a few minor scratches, some evident where Ring Master's arms rub along his side. For the most part, beautiful condition on this classic Marx toy. One of the best Louis Marx creations.
