Item Description
9" wide by 8.5" tall tin litho with built-in key 1930s. This famous toy was produced in 3 different versions, this is the version with the marquee on top of the piano. Great all over illustrations using mice and cat motifs including cat playing tuba in center of marquee. Mice band members in this version are drummer, piano player and violinist. Dancer, however is missing but easily replaceable. Toy works and features great action, all mice move. Front of piano above keyboard has slight ripple barely noticeable. Toy overall has a few paint nicks and scratches, however the heavy wear usually found on this toy's drum head and keyboard is not evident here. Light general scattered wear overall with a glossy appearance. Fine.
