Item Description
Pair of 5.25x8-1/8x3/8" deep boxes w/illustrated lids each contain set of three linen hankies, each w/nice embroidered designs of Mickey Mouse (and one of Minnie Mouse). Orange box was first issued, w/many other box and hanky varieties being produced by Herrmann Handkerchief Co. during the 1930s. Boxes show scattered aging/wear and are VF overall. Hankies are all different, showing Mickey flying airplane, parachuting, driving car, truck and standing by "Stop" sign w/Minnie hanky showing her working on airplane. Hankies are unused and remain pinned to cardboard backing, both w/"Mickey Mouse Hankies" illustrated label attached at center. Automobile themed hanky set comes w/unused illustrated gift tag. Hankies are NM.
