Cardboard insert w/"St. Louis Button Co." sticker and bar pin. A .5" bump near the outer edge at 1 o'clock that occurred during manufacturing and is visible only in reflected light. Otherwise only light surface wear. Exc. displaying Mint as made. A true rarity and first we've seen.
