Item Description
Original cardboard shipping boxes contain 1950s-1960s promotional items featuring Planters Nuts mascot Mr. Peanut. Plain white cardboard box of ashtray shows aging and wear. VG. Box is complete w/cardboard inserts and contains unused and brilliant gold luster metal 5.5" dia. ashtray, w/attached 4" tall Mr. Peanut figure at center, standing on base w/raised "Planters Peanuts" name and Diecasters Inc. maker's name on underside. Mint as issued. Aged cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 5.25" dia. pressed glass ashtray featuring "Mr. Peanut" name and image pressed into underside. Unused and complete w/"Made In Taiwan" sticker at center. NM as packaged. Box has slice to lid and shows moderate aging. VG overall.
