12.5x19.25" frame w/11.5x18.25" opening. Additional headline text "Grand State Rally For Tariff Reform And Cleveland & Thurman The Champions Of Reform. Victory". Bottom third has applied paper w/location "Cornwall House" and date "Saturday, Sept. 29 '88." Horizontal fold at center w/a 2.25" separation affecting the portrait of Cleveland and scattered light brown dots of toning affecting the lower third. Fine. A rare poster that is the first we can recall encountering.
