Item Description
26x39.75" stone litho printed poster featuring clown riding bicycle and being chased by man on horseback promotes Paris bicycles and accessories manufacturer A. Duthell et Cie. 1894. Poster features all French text, including seal at lower right noting French manufacture. Poster was printed by Imp. Bourgerie & Cie. of Paris. Tape repair on back to 1.25" and 2.5" tears at upper left corner. Poster has pin holes at corners and shows moderate handling wear, w/creases, ripples and small margin tears, but color remains strong and poster would make for Fine display if framed.
