Item Description
1-5/8" dia. Obv. portrait and name with die-cutters name "Leonard. F." on bottom in tiny letters. Reverse panel lists military engagements with surrounding flags and a rose sprig. Slogan is "A Gallant & Skillful Hero./The People's Choice." Obverse has reddish-brown luster while reverse is more brown with slight rainbow patina. High grade example of the candidate's largest medal.
