Item Description
1-5/8" with his  name and high relief portrait plus "S.& H." below the shoulder and "Ball Black & Co." on bottom edge. Reverse scene of three land surveyors in foreground and mountains  in background surmounted by U.S. Capitol on a summit. "AU-58" is defined by PCGS  as "Only the slightest friction on the high points. Virtually full luster". A scarce medal that displays so close to Mint.
