Item Description
7/8" w/"S. N. Meyer 1231 Penna. Av. Washington DC" back paper. A black and white variety is listed as Hake #142 but these two combinations are unlisted. Taft threw his support behind the Playground Association Of America plan to provide urban areas w/playgrounds during a 1909 speech. Both are NM displaying Mint. Ron Koot Collection.
