Item Description
6.75" tall tin litho with built-in key by Alps, Japan. 1960s. Light box wear, minor indent at lower right but still tight. VF and complete with pair of cardboard inserts. Spaceman has tin litho body with hard plastic arms and base. Complete with removable metal antenna. Has detailed spacesuit with "NASA" emblem on front of helmet. Has chest "screen" with clear plastic cover over rotating scene of rockets, space stations, planets and stars. Toy works and walks forward as the space scene revolves and antenna rotates. Front of right leg has pinpoint indent, body has some minute scattered paint nicks but all as produced. Remains totally glossy and bright. Exc. to NM.
