Item Description
14x36" insert poster for the original release of the classic 1953 Paramount Pictures Sci-Fi film starring Gene Barry and Ann Robinson, widely considered to be one of the great Sci-Fi films of the 1950s. Poster features stunning image of large Martian hand reaching towards man and woman under the film's title (same art as featured on the one-sheet movie poster) w/additional film scene showing man being grabbed by Martian arm emerging from ship at bottom. Poster has three horizontal folds as issued and has even moderate aging. Poster shows moderate wear, including pin holes to corners and along margins. Top margin has 1" tear at top center and lower left has .75" corner off. .5" spot of tape staining at bottom center and .75" pull at lower right. Tiny hole to Martian's wrist blends. VG overall.
