Item Description
Same design as the 1940 buttons in next item #1645 but those are in 1.25" size and this is in the 7/8" size used briefly in 1941 and as documented by its inclusion with club kits that could be dated. Surface has numerous but extremely light and almost microscopic tiny traces of surface wear largely seen only in reflected light. There is a tiny bit of age stain mixed in with the narrow white outer rim edge but again seen only on very close inspection. Button retains its intense color and nice gloss.Fine. Rarely offered.
