Item Description
Each is a 7/8" litho and the first with 1-dimensional lettering of "Superman" is quite historic as it was issued in 1939. Reverse has blue lettering on bright silver "Read Superman Action Comics Magazine." Front has tiny paint dots off the rim primarily at 12, 3 and 6 o'clock but at least 96% of the paint remains intact and in nice clean condition. The second button is a re-designed version of the first issued in 1942 and featuring "Superman" in 3-dimensional lettering. Reverse text remains identical. A pinpoint paint dot off his forehead and a few pinpoint dots off primarily the right edge but again with at least 98% paint and nice gloss and full color. Both are VF examples.
