Item Description
14x22" window card for the original 1953 release of the Sci-Fi film directed by William Cameron Menzies, and starring Jimmy Hunt, Helena Carter, Arthur Franz, Morris Ankrum, Leif Erickson and Hillary Brooke. Card features same image as used for the film's one-sheet poster, w/classic image of "Invaders" menacing Earthlings. Marquee at top has hand-lettered showing information reading "Stadium - Thur.-Fri. - Double Feature" though second feature is not listed. This area has 2" wide strip of brown paper across majority of top, not affecting main image. Horizontal fold at center as issued. Strip of slightly darker aging across bottom from brown paper. Scattered corner tip/edge wear. Pin holes at top corners. Fine overall.
