Item Description
27x41" one-sheet poster for the original release of the 1945 Universal Pictures Sherlock Holmes film, the eleventh of 17 films starring Basil Rathbone as Sherlock and Nigel Bruce as Doctor Watson. Poster features portraits of both as well as titular femme fatale Hillary Brooke, w/close-up of woman's mouth at top w/"From Her Lips - Poison That Bred Murder!" promotional text. Poster has been folded as issued w/some scattered lt. wear along center vertical fold line, including .25" to .75" splits at fold crease intersections. Back has collector's inkstamp on back, but does not show through onto front. Fine/VF w/vivid colors.
