Item Description
1.25" with large b/w photo against a very colorful background of flags, a narrow green wreath and a small peace dove holding tiny olive branch at top. Reverse is shiny black metal with vertical pin and metal back suspends 4.25" ribbon with text "Baltimore/Dyer Day/Sept. 12, 1899".  He commanded the Baltimore at the Battle of Manila Bay. First seen. NM.
