Item Description
These full color buttons from the 1950s show King Features Syndicate characters although not even the "KFS" imprint appears. The only text on any of these is a small copyright symbol. Each is a 15/16" litho and there are 39 known in the set. The characters in this group are: Devil (Phantom's dog), Hans Katzenjammer (couple tiny 1/16" scratches), Henrietta (Henry's girlfriend), Henry  Tremblechin (Little Iodine's dad), Little Annie Rooney, Mac, Olive Oyl, The Phantom (couple red dots on his cheek as printed), Prince Valiant (1/16" light scratch far right), Swee' Pea (rare), with the following three Snuffy Smith characters, the first being Sut Tattersail (with a tip of the Hake's hat to Walter Koenig for identification), blonde haired female( can anyone identify?), Snuffy's wife Loweezy, Tillie The Toiler, Zero (Little Annie Rooney's dog). These are essentially Mint with a couple of very minor exceptions noted. Loweezy is the second rarity in the group.
