Item Description
5.5x20-5/8" artboards w/four panels w/India ink original art by Barney Google creator Billy DeBeck. Art is for Dec. 5, 1928 and has been signed by DeBeck in last panel. King Features Syndicate copyright strip in second panel. First panel is all hand-lettered text, telling of how Barney Google, Spark Plug and Sunshine have been reunited but continue to have money woes. Second panel shows them commiserating. Third and fourth panels show Professor Zanini seeking them out. Top has handwritten "The Professor Goes To Investigate" title. Some scattered dust soiling and even aging, artboard is VF overall w/Exc. art.
