7/8" w/back paper by W&H but also naming National Equipment Co., N.Y. Front of the button has his name below "Hon. A.B. Parker" while upper rim reads "For Chief Judge Of The Court Of Appeals." This button dates from his 1897 election. Four faint light brown dots just above portrait. Otherwise only a hint of age toning to cream background. VF.
