Item Description
Sizes are 7/8" to 1.75". Largest button, with baseball design, has issuers name "Auspices Denver Chamber Of Commerce 1912." Next is rare and graphic button reading "The R-U-A-Fan Club". Has W&H paper used 1900-1912. Small dent along bottom front but still displays cleanly. Next with text "National Bread" shows baseball, crossed bats and catcher's mask. No back paper or makers name but appears to be c. 1910. Next is graphic design picturing "Our Manager" w/ 1900-1912 W&H paper. Next three are c. 1912 tobacco company issues with the first a 1-1/8" litho picturing Jeff of the comic strip Mutt & Jeff. Second is cartoon character by Hal Hoffman. Last is slogan button with Clix cigarette back paper. All are Exc. to Mint except as noted. Numerous rarities.
