Item Description
7x9.25" hardcover w/28 stiff paper pages. Birn Brothers Ltd. c. 1936. Features bw story art on every page. Story involves Mickey and Minnie Mouse, their nephews, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow as they travel the British Isles. Among the places they visit are Madam Tussaud's, Windsor Castle, Blackpool, Loch Ness, Blarney Stone, Palace Yard to view changing of the Guard, etc. Repeated cover art front/back is great illustration of Mickey piloting a plane over England. Cover shows some corner tip wear w/3/8" puncture along upper front spine. Front cover has tiny spot of staining on airplane wing. Contents are tanned w/age but clean. Fine overall. Rare.
