Item Description
7.75x11". Typed on Truman's personal stationery and dated "August 5, 1970." Truman writes to a Bobby Colbert sending his regrets for not being able to attend his birthday party adding "I Send You Congratulations On Your Eight Birthday, With Best Wishes For A Long, Happy And Useful Life" and signed "Harry Truman" in blue ball point ink. Two horizontal mailing folds otherwise extremely clean. Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
