11.5x13.5" framed w/6.75x9" opening revealing a typed letter on "Herbert Hoover" stationery. Letter is addressed to Mark Hopkins of San Francisco, CA who Hoover address "Dear Mac: Your Letter Of The 12th About Your Visit With Hughes Is Indeed Encouraging. Yours Faithfully" and signed in blue fountain pen "Herbert Hoover". At bottom is address "Mr. Neil MacNeil/ Commission On Organization Of The Executive Branch Of The Government/Washington 25, D.C." Two horizontal mailing folds and moderate toning at edges. VF. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
