Item Description
3.25x3.25x1" thick painted plaster in contour of shoe heel. Rim inscription "Jam Your Cigarette Butts On This Heel!" Recessed inner bowl has high relief cartoon image of Hitler in gaping mouth pose. Design obviously for snuffing lighted cigarettes. No maker markings. Bright silver with black accents to Hitler's hair, eyebrow and mustache. Small chip at top edge w/color touchup. Displays VF.
