Item Description
3.25x4-3/8x1.25" deep paper-covered cardboard box w/lid label featuring bold "Mickey Mouse Chewing Gun Whistles" product name and Glenn Confections, Inc. (of Buffalo, NY) manufacturer name. 1930s. Box once contained figural gum whistles, but is now empty. Lid label has large moisture stain w/scattered spots of aging and some small surface paper lifts. Corner tip wear but box retains its shape. VG overall. While box is rather plain, it is also very rare and the first example we've seen in our 51 years. Something very different for both Disneyana and gum collectors.
