Item Description
Gumball machine unit itself has base dia. of 7" and height of 14". Green porcelain finish over cast iron base w/stainless steel top, base and gumball dispensing door. Has Owens' crystal bowl and theft-proof slot mechanism. Interior surface of bowl has choice wrap-around decal featuring multiple images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, their nephews, Donald Duck, his nephews, Goofy and Pluto. Images include them having a parade, circus theme, Western theme. Made by Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. ©1938 WDE. Designed for countertop use but it could also be mounted on a stand for floor use (stand acquired separately). Comes w/key/plug at top. This fits properly and locks. Trace of wear at coin slot and few small traces of wear to porcelain finish along edges. Decal remains clear and distinct w/just slight edge wear, 95% complete. Fine/VF. An exceptional display piece for both collectors of Disneyana and gumball machines. One of only a few we've offered in our 51 years.
