11x14" title card for original release of the 1941 Republic Pictures 12 chapter movie serial directed by John English and starring Tom Tyler as Captain Marvel and Frank Coghlan Jr. as his alter ego Billy Batson. Title card is for Chapter 2, "The Guillotine" and features great action illustration of Captain Marvel attacking men at left w/serial's villain The Scorpion strangling man at top left and image of scorpion weapon.
