Item Description
16.75x24.5" Strathmore artboard has pen and ink original art attributed to Chase Craig for page 8 of "Looney Tunes And Merry Melodies Comics" #69, published by Dell July 1947. Page consists of two half page panels taped together at center (tape is on back). Page features eight panels, showing Porky Pig angrily confronting Bugs Bunny, accusing Bugs of getting him fired. Porky tells Bugs to never speak to him again and storms off. This makes Bugs feel very low, and his mirror reflection scolds him before telling him he'll make it up to Porky. Bugs appears in seven panels, Porky in five. Bottom left has inked title, issued/page number. Center left has staples holes and center right has some smudging, but art is o/w Exc. Richard Calusdian Collection.
