Item Description
16x21" single-sided paper sign advertises 1947 premiums that were available as punch-out box inserts in boxes of Post's Corn Toasties, Grape-Nuts Flakes and 40% Bran Flakes. Sign features "Post's Cereals" box w/top open and examples of each of the premium toys spilling out, noting "Here Are The 9 Circus Action Toys In This Series." Sign has horizontal fold at center w/another heavy diagonal crease and scattered handling wear. Fine. Lot also includes five die-cut cardboard store displays to hold boxes of cereal, each featuring different Circus Action toy. These include - "Jo-Jo On The Flying Trapeze, Cycling Sam The Hi-Bike Rider, The Whirling Merry-Go-Round, Leo The Trick Lion" and "Zippo The Human Cannonball." Each has lt. even aging and o/w Exc. file copies. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
