Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 2x3.75x4" tall toy w/built-in key. ©1964 Marx. From a series of Nutty Mad toys produced by Marx in the 1960s. Box features great art of three different Nutty Mad characters racing against one another. Box shows wear w/corner creases and wear. Top panel has price sticker remnant and 1.75" split along fold. Some faint moisture staining visible to inner flaps, one of which has 1.25" tear. VG/Fine overall. Tin litho includes tricycle body, wheels and revolving bell, which features images of two other Nutty Mad characters w/hand clutching bloody knife and hand w/gun. Tricycle's head tube is also nicely illustrated, w/groaning face trying to lift front wheel. Rider is all celluloid, jointed at shoulders. Toy works and travels in circle as bell rings. Exc. Scarce as boxed.
