1989 Hasbro. Art of "Snow Serpent" for series 10 figure presentation. 16x20" art board with ink and painted original artwork with amazing details. Hasbro Confidential sticker signed by James A. Paquette artist and witnessed by Kurt Groen. Used to further promote character for production. Burst applied at upper left "Weapons Really Shoot!". Lt. handling wear w/1" coffeee spot on leg but displays Exc.
