6x8.75" hardcover version w/64 pages w/bw photo scenes from four early Mickey Mouse animated shorts "Traffic Troubles, The Birthday Party, Mickey Steps Out, Fishin' Around." Also has small images of Mickey and Minnie dancing at bottom corners which serve as a flip book. Published by David McKay Co. ©1931 WDP. Die-cut paper label of Mickey reading to his nephews as Pluto lays on rug. This is the same art that appears on the softcover version of this book. Cover has some lt. corner tip wear and inside front/back covers have paper splits at spine, but interior pages are clean and tight. Still a Fine/VF copy w/Exc. pages. Scarce. Jan Wahl Collection.
