Original 1949 glossy photo is 8x10" professional studio shot of a 1¢ countertop display bin w/example packs, open "Tatoo" wrappers and "Topps Premium Merchandise Certificate." Photographer's name on bottom margin "Max M. Klein and Bros. NYC." Bin lid/sign includes image of boy w/tattoos on his arms and text "Colored Bubbles, Too!" Scattered handling wear mostly on margins. Remains glossy and Fine. Neat promo piece.
