Item Description
21-1/8x28" first and only printing for a series of concerts that took place Aug. into Sept, 1970. Bottom of poster has "Fillmore West" name at bottom. Aug. 13-16 concerts featured The Byrds, Poco and Commander Cody. Aug. 20-23 concerts featured Albert King, Cold Blood and Masan Profit. Aug. 24-26 concerts featured Iron Butterfly (w/Pinera and Rhino), Aum and Black Oak Arkansas. Aug. 30 concert featured Van Morrison and John Lee Hooker. Poster also notes Sept. 2 Led Zeppelin concert at the Oakland Coliseum. Poster design by David Singer features lithograph image of woman lifting her hands in praise to the Earth above as infant is seen in foreground. NM.
