14.25x21.5" first and only printing for Oct. 17-19, 1968 concerts at Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA featuring Iron Butterfly, Sir Douglas Quintet and Sea Train. Psychedelic art by "Zap Comix" team Victor Moscoso and Rick Griffin features design showing metal mask design holding up moon orb w/six anthropomorphic yin-yang symbols underneath. Top left margin has faint 2.75" crease running alongside and upper right margin has more pronounced 7.75" crease. Fine overall.
