2.5" button with bar pin on reverse. Mounted at center is large 2-1/8" tall neatly cut-out full color paper photo of Nixon. Obviously hand-made, perhaps for use at the 1960 convention or by an ardent campaign worker. Blue bkg. has 5/8" hairline at right with a little luster loss but this hardly shows. Overall very clean.
