Item Description
First item is 8.5x13" complete 4-page script on onion skin paper with attached sheet on front noting "Adventure No. 1 Episode No. 3." Dated May 4, 1951. This episode featured Beany & Cecil along with Capt. Huffenpuff and Wong. Along with this complete script are 8 additional script pages although from two different episodes, none of these sheets are dated but from the same time period. One sheet has hand-written notation "Walker." These sheets have moderate to obvious traces of wear/aging, the complete script has moderate aging as well. VG/Fine. Next item is 4.25x9.5" "Bob Clampett's Time For Beany" envelope. On left margin is illustration that includes silhouette images of Beany in Leakin' Leena along with Cecil coming out of the water. Below this is Clampett's Hollywood, CA address. On the front right half is penciled signature of "Walker Edmiston." Envelope has obvious scattered aging and edge wear. VG. Final item is 8.5x11" studio memo hand-written by Bob Clampett to Walker. On "Bob Clampett Studio" letterhead with character images at top. Dated October 11, 1954 and hand-written note reads "Be Prepared To Do One Week Of 'Beany' - Starting Next Monday - October-18-1954 - Thank You." Scattered moderate wear as originally folded but clean and Fine. Very interesting and historic group. From the personal collection of Walker Edmiston.
