Item Description
First is 1.5" with purple union bug on curl reading "Union Label/Printing Pressman/And Assistants." Second is 1.25". This has blurry, tiny, bug possibly the same as the first item. About 50% of a second bug shows with center area clearly showing two stars and initials I.W.W. The surrounding circle shows last few letters of "International" the full word "Workers" and "Of". The rest of the bug and text is covered by the collet. On the front, there are tiny but elaborate design elements between most of the lettering of "Gay Liberation Now". Designs include flowers, hearts, overlapping male gender symbols that also form a peace symbol, and one image of a reclining nude male figure with a pair of wings extending above his shoulders plus he displays genitals, barely seen except under magnification. Both buttons are Mint and the only examples found in the Marshall Levin Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
