Item Description
3.75x7.5x2-5/8" deep box has brass panels and edges over a wood interior. Hinged lid has glass over sepia photo image w/"Capt. Chas. A. Lindbergh - Non-Stop Flight, New York-Paris - New York, May 20, 1927 - 6:52 A.M. - Paris, May 21, 1927 - 4:20 P.M." text. Front side has working mechanism to lock lid closed, key not included. Lid underside carefully covered by glass mirror w/minor 1/8" dark dot. Small tarnish or loss of brass luster. Likely used for holding cigars or variety of small objects. Scarce and VF.
