2.5x3" silvered metal shield badge w/serial number "697." Fixed vertical bar pin. Minor toning visible only on reverse. NM displaying Mint. This is the very first speciality badge issued for a Presidential Inauguration by the Metro D.C. Police force in 1937 and it is the most coveted of the series. A true set stopper that is rarely available.
