Item Description
7-1/8x22.5" thin artboard w/India ink original art by "Terry And The Pirates" creator Milton Caniff. Art is for Oct. 27, 1939 and features four panels, w/Pat getting the upper hand in a fight w/the retreating Klang, who throws rock at Pat, only for him to cheekily reply "Now He's Using Irish Confetti!" Caniff has signed last panel. Second panel has News Syndicate Co., Inc. copyright strip. Top left has inked "Terry" name at left margin and inked "Just A Kiss In The Dark" title at right. Back has Tribune Engravers Room inkstamp and penciled title/date in two spots. Front has received stamp at right margin. Scattered lt. dust soiling/aging w/single pin hole at top corners. Art remains clean and Exc.
