Item Description
6-3/8x9.25" hardcover w/original dust jacket and 475 pages. This is the first Arkham collection of stories by Conan the Barbarian creator Robert E. Howard (1906-1936), w/a print run of 3,004 copies first printed in 1946. Most of the stories had previously appeared in "Weird Tales." These include Conan and King Kull stories as well as "The Hyborian Age, The Tower Of The Elephant, The Valley Of The Worm, Rattle Of Bones" and "The Mirrors Of Tuzun Thune." Complete w/DJ featuring fantastic art by Hannes Bok, DJ shows typical wear at top/bottom of spine and has one inner corner clipped. Slight aging to spine but still Fine/VF overall. Cover has lt. wear at top/bottom of spine and at corners and first/last few pages have aging from DJ. Rest of pages are lt. cream in color and book is VF overall. A must have for your Howard library.
