Item Description
1.75x3.25" business card for Theodor Seuss Geisel (1904-1991), better known by his pen name Dr. Seuss. Card notes him as President of Beginner Books, the Random House imprint for young children ages 3-9, co-founded by Phyllis Cerf w/Geisel and his wife. Beginner Books first book was Dr. Seuss's "The Cat In The Hat" (1957). Seuss has boldly signed in black felt tip pen. NM. Very desirable signature and rare on one of his personal cards. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
