Item Description
First issued in 1964, components in this lot date to 1964-1965. 8.5x10.5" mailing envelope does not bear postmark but is first version w/stamped return address. Typed recipient name/address label. Envelope has some handling wear and is VF. Printed welcome letter is second version w/"Hammermill" watermark. Folded as mailed. VF/Exc. "The Voices Of Marvel" Flexi-Disc record comes in original 8x8" sleeve and is 33-1/3 rpm which was recorded w/message from the Marvel Bullpen. Record has a few small dents and is VF overall. Envelope has small spot of staining along bottom edge but is o/w Exc. 3" dia. button featuring Spider-Man, Thing and Human Torch. Has some faint age spots, most of which blend. Still bright and glossy. VF. Set of 10 first version "MMMS" gum stickers w/image of Thing are Exc. Comes w/original envelope (which has paperclip stain and large split). VG. Stickers have paperclip stain to top sticker and is VG to VF overall. Comes w/bonus of nine revised stickers w/o adhesive backs and original envelope. Envelope is aged and has small tear. Stickers are Exc. No membership card.
